Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Atlanta, Northhighland is an international management consulting firm with the highest professional standards. Through our Highland Worldwide network, we have more than 2,000 consultants, 43 offices located in major cities around the world, with total annual service fees over 400 million US dollars.
Our team members consist of seasoned professionals, averaging 15 plus years of work experience, instead of staffing mere fresh business school graduates. Our partners and senior consultants are directly involved in our client engagements, not just earning “face time”. Instead of treating each business problem as a stand-alone issue, we think systematically and focus on the long term payback.
Our China practice was established in 2001. With head office in Shanghai, our China team consists of experienced professionals from Chinese local. Almost all of our consultants had many years of management experience for blue-chip multinational corporations before joining us. We hold the leading position of knowledge, experience and research results in many industries and fields in China.
