  • Except for certain high level corporate strategy projects, the CEO must assign key leaders to form the working team, and to be responsible for the ultimate project results.
  • We are not here to assign work, compete with, or criticize on the work of client team. We are a kind of working partner for the team, helping them accomplish their goal as an expert from outside the company.
  • The client team and consultants must form a joined force. The key contributor is the client team, taking full ownership;whereas the consultants are the support resources to help. Success and glory belong to the client team, whereas the consultants work in the background supporting them.
Project Timeframe
We expect to formulate a long term continuous relationship with our client.
  • Based on our understanding of your need and unique challenges, we will propose the working approach and project timeframe. The length and intensity of project is flexible and will be documented in the working contract with our clients.

Consulting Fees
Our consulting fees are based on estimated 10 times value creation in return.
  • We will provide a consulting fee budget based on expected consultant resource investment and estimated client return from the project.
  • Fee estimated based on our value creation is the fundamental of our fee model. Our consulting fees in the millions will translate into value creation for the client company in the hundreds of millions and even billions.
  • We highly value the entrepreneurship of the client, we are open to consider innovative consulting feemodel, such as consulting for equity, fee of success etc.
