Mr. Zhaolin Zhang    CEO, Thought Leader
Mr. Zhang has 26 years of professional experience, including 10 plus years in management consulting. He managed several large-scale state and private owned enterprises.

His focus area of expertise includes strategy formulation and leadership development. Mr. Zhang provides continuous leadership training for CEO’s at many known companies, to both current and future business leaders of the company.

Mr. Zhang also teaches leadership in a number of Chinese high education institutions. His research area covers a wide range of historic and current business theories. Mr. Zhang has a unique and deep understanding on how Chinese traditional culture influences modern company management.

Mr. Zhang served in several government branches and academic institutions. He was named “People in Annual Economic News” by the national finance journal Economic Observer. He published several books including 《Way of Excellence》,《Thoughts at Cleaning Dust》

Mr. Zhang graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with degree in Electrical Engineering. He also has an EMBA degree from CEIBS.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar    Partner
Mr. Kumar known as PK in China has 42 years of professional experience including being a CEO coach and mentor during past 8 years. Prior to that PK served in roles of vice presidents and C-level executive for many years at global companies.

Mr. Kumar’s expertise in operational excellence comes form his early years of experience at several multi-nationals’ Indian operations, in Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and FMCG sectors. For over 9 years as Associate Director of P&G in Asia in Japan, he was leading the process of building capability of Supply Chains and Business Units.

In recent years, Mr. Kumar has been advising CEOs for breakthrough improvement in business performance via application of 'TOC way' in strategy building and execution, and has helped several of his clients achieve significant success. He is a certificated Jonah by AGI USA.

Mr. Kumar graduated from IIT BHU India with degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has a diploma in management studies from JBIMS India.

Mr. Hanson Chen    Partner
Mr. Chen has over 20 years of professional experience, including 14 years in management consulting. He had worked many years in P&G, Roland Berger.

In his 10 plus years in management consulting, Mr. Chen has advised clients in a wide range of industries including FMCG, Retail, Industrial, Advertising, Automobile, Energy and Chemical, and Financial Services. His areas of expertise include corporate strategy, organizational restructuring, supply chain management, marketing and branding, corporate finance, human resource, and IT management. He has personally led and managed over 100 consulting projects.

Mr. Chen is a thought leader in strategy management and leadership development. He has published his writings in the book 《Management Fundamentals》.

Mr. Chen graduated from Zhejiang University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He received his EMBA from CEIBS, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Management Science at the University of Shanghai Finance and Economics.

Mr. Steven Wu    Partner
Mr. Wu has 20 years of professional experience, 12 years of which in management consulting. He previously worked at P&G.

Mr. Wu focuses on enterprise organizational management, human resource management, and corporate IT management. His expertise is in building effective corporate culture in multi-national corporations, state-owned companies, and private enterprises. He has accumulated rich experience in organizational and cultural transformation.

Mr. Wu’s area of experience involves the implementation stage of corporate strategy, including human resources, financial management, in a wide range of industries including FMCCG, Retail, Appliance Manufacturing, and Steel production.

Mr. Wu currently supports several large private enterprises as the CEO Advisor.

Mr. Wu graduated from Sichuan University, Computer Science major. He received his EMBA from CEIBS.

Mr. Eric Chen    Partner
Mr. Chen has more than 20 years of professional experience including 13 years in management consulting. He previously worked at P&G.

Mr. Chen is an expert in supply chain and operation management. He also has extensive experience in building strategy performance management system. He has deep insight about business model reengineering in the Internet Age.

Mr. Chen has led organizational transformation projects in large State-Owned and private enterprises. His industry expertise includes FMCG, Retail, Healthcare Service, Logistics, Chemical and Agriculture. His functional expertise focuses on supply chain management, sales and marketing, human resource management, performance management, and post-merger integration.

Mr. Chen currently serves several large private enterprise clients as CEO Advisor.

Mr. Chen graduated from Electric Engineering School of Zhejiang University. He received his EMBA from CEIBS.

Ms. Marjorie Woo   Partner
Over 30 years of experience working with MNCs, Private Enterprise, and State Owned Enterprises in China, and throughout Asia. The Founder of Keystone Group, Chairwoman of LMI China.

Since 1998, Marjorie and her group have coached over 2000 senior level executives and over 15,000 mid-level managers in China. Her ability to work within both Eastern and Western cultures supports her results-based approach to leadership.

Marjorie is a PCC Certified Coach as well as the faculty of Evidence-Based Coaching Practice (EBC), which emphasizes integrating the best available knowledge, client focus and aligning expectations prior to coaching engagements.

She is certified in Hogan Assessment tools; CCL Benchmark; HBDI, etc.

Marjorie holds a BA degree from Cal-Poly University in Pomona, California an MBA from St. Mary’s College in California, PhD. in Human & Organizational Development at the Fielding Graduate University in California.

Mr. Yang Yao     Partner
Mr. Yao has 10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, including 4 years with McKinsey & Company China, and Europe.

His area of expertise includes Corporate /BU strategic planning, performance management, corporate culture, etc.

He has extensive consulting experience in a wide range of industries, from Construction, Agriculture, Consumer Goods, Apparel, Metal & Mining, to Public sectors.

Mr. Yao graduated from Tsinghua University with his B.E and M.E degrees
